Two of the easiest wins on a property you just took over are upgrading your road-facing sign and replacing your old lights. A clean, well-lit facility looks safer, attracts walk-in rentals, and often qualifies for a discount on your insurance. Most new owners don't realize how much these two small projects can move the needle.
Your monument sign is doing more work than you think
A monument sign is the big lit sign at the entrance of your facility, the one drivers see from the road. Whether you bought a facility with a faded 1990s sign or no sign at all, this is one of the highest-impact upgrades you can make.
